I’ve always been passionate about travelling and taking pictures, it has always been fantastic to discover a country through the look of people along my way.

I try to develop a documentary and storytelling approach in black & white. I like light, textures, and sensations given by the contrasts between the absolut black, the shade of grey and the immaculate white. And beyond this aesthetical choice, black and white has a deeper narrative impact. It has this immediate power, to convey sensations, emotions and feelings. In my work the proximity, the exchange with people, the complicity that can be created between the subject and the photographer is essential, that’s why I shoot mostly with short focal length (20mm / 35mm).

My inspirations are classical black and white photography,  Garry Winogrand, Lee Friedlander, and French Humanist photographers, Boubat, Ronis, Cartier Bresson, Depardon.

I’m open to any kind of collaboration and documentary projects, particularly for NGOs.
